TPO — thermoplastic polyolefin — is a single-ply white membrane that's become the standard for low-slope commercial roofs. Instead of layers of hot tar and gravel, you get one reflective sheet, rolled out and heat-welded at every seam into a continuous, monolithic surface. There's no seam tape or glue to fail over time — the seam is melted into one piece of plastic.
Because it's bright white, TPO reflects sun instead of absorbing it, which keeps roof-deck temperatures down and takes real load off your HVAC in a Houston summer. It also resists the UV, ozone, and grease/chemical exposure that breaks down older roofing materials — which matters a lot if you're roofing a restaurant with rooftop exhaust fans running grease-laden air over the membrane all day.
We install TPO three ways depending on your deck and wind exposure: mechanically attached (fastened through the insulation into deck), fully adhered (bonded down for a cleaner, lower-profile finish), or induction-welded (fastener plates welded under the membrane, no exposed metal). We'll tell you which one your building actually needs — not just the cheapest one to install.

Tear-off
Existing roofing is stripped to deck and hauled off-site. We dry-in exposed sections daily so your building stays protected overnight.
Deck repair
Rotted or wet decking is cut out and replaced and loose panels re-fastened — nothing new goes down on a substrate we don't trust.
Insulation & cover board
Tapered ISO insulation is set for proper slope to drains, topped with a cover board for a smooth, puncture-resistant base.
TPO membrane install
Membrane is rolled, fastened or adhered per the engineering spec for your building, and every seam is heat-welded for a continuous watertight surface.
Flashing & detail work
Pipe boots, curbs, parapets, scuppers, and HVAC units get flashed and detailed — where almost every roof leak actually starts.
Final walk & warranty
We walk the finished roof with you, clean the site, and hand over your warranty and inspection paperwork.
